Created in 1999, Gratzer Graphics is a graphic design/visual communications studio that became an LLC in 2003. We are located just outside of Frederick, Maryland, and work with clients all over the country. We are a woman-owned small business upheld by the highest industry standards and ethics. Our clients are won over by our creativity, responsiveness and efficiency. We don't have a particular design style; we create an entirely new design or follow your existing style, depending on your needs.

While it’s our job to come up with designs, we don’t do it alone. It’s a collaborative process of sharing information (you) and finding out how best to visually communicate it (us). We get to know your organization, company or product; then we make suggestions, discuss design options and provide the best design solution based on your needs. Our expertise results in clients having consistent branding, greater sales, increased registrations and a boost in response rates.

What Makes Us Unique

We are known for our attention to detail to layout as well as text. Helping you keep your product as perfect as possible makes you look professional and saves you time when you are busy with other work.
We stick to deadlines and maintain communication with you throughout the entire process.
Our expertise gives you a big-budget look even when you don't have a budget for four-color printing. If you so choose, we use a special technique on two-color jobs to stretch your budget and make the job appear full color.

About the Principal

Colleen Gratzer, principal of Gratzer Graphics LLC, is an award-winning print, web and logo designer with 12 years of experience, including but not limited to conference design, marketing design, magazine design, logo design and web design. Her professional background also includes working for nonprofits, publishing companies, and design firms, as well as teaching web design at a local community college. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and doing charity work for animal welfare organizations, and running.
