Branding an Identity

Case: One of our nonprofit clients, United Church of Christ Insurance Board, recently asked for ad designs and a brochure design to promote their church's mission. They needed to be attention-getting, while focusing on the church and community.

Solution: A fresh design was borne out of the existing logo design, with its diagonal lines. UCC's own photos as well as stock images enhanced the message in the pieces. The brochure was printed as 17x11 letterfold (trifold) and on glossy, somewhat-thick paper stock. These specs, along with the diagonal lines running across the folds, make the piece substantial and give it visual interest. The ads continue the trend with the use of diagonal lines behind the logo.

The client commented: "This will be a great boost to our organization. I am sure it will be getting many compliments from our Board, our Agents, our Church participants and others."
