working for you
A few months ago, we added to the site a page containing helpful links for clients. Among the many resources are links to: stock imagery, articles about logo design and branding, key commands for typing special characters, proofreaders' marks and various vendors (we have either personally used these vendors or they have been recommended by colleagues). One resource in particular that we use frequently is dictionary.com, which includes not only an extensive dictionary but a thesaurus, encyclopedia and web search as well.

This page is a continuous work in progress, so bookmark the page in your browser and check back frequently. If you have any links you would like to add, just send us an e-mail.

We've also added a new direct mail section, with a lot more to be posted soon.

Public Risk Management Association's GRMS seminar brochure
Case:
The client was holding two similar seminars in the same month: one on the east coast and one on the west coast. The concern was to keep down postage and printing costs, so two brochures (one for each seminar) were not an option.
Solution: The result was a brochure that opened from both ends and in two different orientations. The west-coast seminar opened horizontally and read that way throughout its part of the brochure, while the east-coast seminar portion was oriented vertically. Although this piece was printed in only two spot colors, the two PMS colors were chosen specifically because they were representative of the beachy locations. Also, they allowed for such color mixing that a look of four-color process was achieved in many areas throughout the brochure.
